The Indy 500 chronograph celebrates TAG Heuer’s role as official timekeeper and partner to the world’s most thrilling race. This FORMULA 1 chronograph timepiece features a date window at 4 o'clock as well as a fine-brushed and polished steel tachymeter bezel with the red "Indy 500" logo. A gray dial, Swiss quartz movement and silver-tone chronograph subdials are housed within a stainless steel case protected by a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal. The stainless steel bracelet is secured with a deployment clasp. The men’s sport watch is water-resistant to 200 meters.

What is the difference between a quartz movement and a self-winding movement!

The normal daily action of moving your arm is sufficient to keep a self-winding movement activated or the watch can be placed in a watch winder to maintain accurate time.
