Yes. You will receive a monthly statement by mail if you have a balance or if there is activity on your account, unless you sign up for paperless statements (see next questions). 

It’s easy to sign up! Visit comenity.net/jared and click “Register”. Enter your account information (use your current account number).

Yes. Visit comenity.net/jared and click on “Payments”. Accept terms and conditions and then navigate to the top banner for more details on how to pay your bill with your debit card. For any questions, please call Comenity Bank at 1-888-832-8415(TDD/TTY: 1-800-695-1788) or visit the nearest Jared store. 

Click here to link your card with your online store account. If you don't know your account number, you'll have the option to look up your account online during registration. Once your card is successfully linked, you'll see it automatically appear as a payment option in the billing step, and you can use it on your next purchase.

Your new credit card will arrive in the mail 7-10 business days from the date you opened your account. If you do not receive your card after 10 business days, please call Comenity Bank at 1-888-832-8415(TDD/TTY: 1-800-695-1788) to request another card.
